About the translation service
Translation is a process whereby information contained in a consumer or fictional source text, submitted by the client, is conveyed in an equivalent target-language text.
Translations are made by experts in their field, and every text is given a pre-delivery check before delivery. On request, we add the finishing touches with pictures, schemes and figures in the form of an original layout.
How is the length of a translation calculated?
The length and price are based on one standard page of translated text (1,800 characters with spaces). To check your source text, open it in Word and select Tools (or Review) → Word Count → Characters (with spaces). Divide the total by 1,800 for the page count.
How quickly are translations completed?
The normal pace is 4–6 standard pages per day. We also accept urgent requests, but limited time may not allow a thorough quality check, so we recommend avoiding urgent work where possible.
Give your translation partner advance notice so we can plan time, choose the best translator and prepare. Cooperation produces the best result – we appreciate any additional information, including specific terms and abbreviations.
Will my data remain confidential?
We ensure the confidentiality of information in all submitted materials and protect the customer's data. We have confidentiality agreements with all employees and translation partners, and can sign one with you on request.
